Shea butter is a natural butter cold pressed from the nuts of the African shea tree.
The nilotica shea butter is a rare natural butter from a sub-species called Vitteralia nilotica found in the East African region. It is more creamy with a mild and slightly nutty aroma and richer in oleic acid content which makes it softer, moisturizing and easy and easy to spread and is highly absorbent on the skin and hair.

Items can be returned within 15 days of their purchase date (excluding sales items) to our offices on the 2nd floor, Adlife plaza on Ring Road Kilimani, Nairobi, and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Merchandise must either be defective or in its original condition; unworn and unwashed.
Refunds will take up to 14 working days to process and customer identification may be required before any returns are accepted.
If the claim is valid we will refund you according to your requested refund method. The process may take up to 7 -14 working days from when your return request was submitted. If the claim is invalid the item will be sent back to you.
Please note that we do not accept returns for the following items for hygiene reasons: underwear/innerwear/lingerie, make-up, lotions and toiletries, earrings, and swimsuits. For such purchases, please inspect the item carefully upon delivery and if necessary reject it on the spot.
For missing items and damaged products check with our riders during delivery and return or alert them on the spot.
