Care Details: Keep away from heat sources. Avoid water contact. If your product happens to come into contact with water, or in case of superficial dirt, wipe it gently with a clear, absorbent, lint-free cloth. Avoid rubbing or scratching the product against abrasive surfaces. To maintain a flawless aspect on the leather, you can occasionally clean it with a neutral natural leather care cream. Our products should always air-dry at normal room temperature.
You are able to return a product as long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below.

Items can be returned within 15 days of their purchase date (excluding sales items) to our offices on the 2nd floor, Adlife plaza on Ring Road Kilimani, Nairobi, and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Merchandise must either be defective or in its original condition; unworn and unwashed.
Refunds will take up to 14 working days to process and customer identification may be required before any returns are accepted.
If the claim is valid we will refund you according to your requested refund method. The process may take up to 7 -14 working days from when your return request was submitted. If the claim is invalid the item will be sent back to you.
Please note that we do not accept returns for the following items for hygiene reasons: underwear/innerwear/lingerie, make-up, lotions and toiletries, earrings, and swimsuits. For such purchases, please inspect the item carefully upon delivery and if necessary reject it on the spot.
For missing items and damaged products check with our riders during delivery and return or alert them on the spot.
