How to care for your Brass Piece.
1. Keep it in a cool dark place when not in use
2. To wash it, wash with soapy water and dry it once clean.
3. To shine it:
a. Combine the juice of half a lemon with a teaspoon of baking soda and stir until it becomes a paste. Apply the paste with a soft cloth. Let the piece sit with the paste for 30 minutes if the tarnish is heavy. Rinse with warm water and dry.
b. Use reusable paper towels or a clean cloth to apply a small amount of toothpaste to your brass. Let the toothpaste sit for a few minutes, rinse it off with cold water, and wipe dry.
How to measure your ring size :
1. Cut out a piece of paper into a thin rectangular shape (we try not to use string as you may naturally tie it too tight, if you do use sting make sure it’s a little loose
2. Wrap the piece of paper around your finger of choice where you would like your ring to sit
3. Mark where there is an overlap
4. Use a ruler to measure in centimeters (cm) from the start to the mark you made
5. look at the conversion chart to identify which ring size will fit.
6. Place your order!

Disclaimer: Each of the pieces are hand-crafted therefore very minor discrepancies may occur. When Brass is left out in the sun too long it tends to turn yellow. Please polish to restore it. Enjoy your piece!
You are able to return a product as long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below.

Items can be returned within 15 days of their purchase date (excluding sales items) to our offices on the 2nd floor, Adlife plaza on Ring Road Kilimani, Nairobi, and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Merchandise must either be defective or in its original condition; unworn and unwashed.
Refunds will take up to 14 working days to process and customer identification may be required before any returns are accepted.
If the claim is valid we will refund you according to your requested refund method. The process may take up to 7 -14 working days from when your return request was submitted. If the claim is invalid the item will be sent back to you.
Please note that we do not accept returns for the following items for hygiene reasons: underwear/innerwear/lingerie, make-up, lotions and toiletries, earrings, and swimsuits. For such purchases, please inspect the item carefully upon delivery and if necessary reject it on the spot.
For missing items and damaged products check with our riders during delivery and return or alert them on the spot.
