Essenza by Agar

“Essenza by Agar”, a line of pure essential oils from the African continent (when we can't source in Kenya, we still source from other African countries), aloe-based cosmetics, shea butter and carrier oils from within Kenya. We first specialized in the collection, grading and sale of arid lands commodities and in mid-2019 we conceptualized and then launched “Essenza by Agar”, the first line of pure essential oils purely from the African continent. In late 2019, as part of our mission towards empowerment in the arid lands, we opened to aloe-based products in collaboration with local women groups in Laikipia and Isiolo to exploit sustainably the wildly available species of Aloe in these areas – Aloe secundiflora.
